4.2 · 132 reviewsI just got a problem with the air conditioner when it’s hot and has a little problem, always the elevator and turning off the water that was the problem at one time too and now I’m starting to see mice in the building and in my apartment
I have only been here for about one month and I can say that there are many pros and cons thus far! One the roaches are my biggest concern I have had the exterminator twice so far and still have a problem even in the hallway when I come out my door! They promised a new microwave at move in which I never received as of yet also they promised to fix my closet doors and haven’t as of yet and they started work on my tub said he would be back to finish but hasn’t returned! There are many activities daily to participate in , all your mail and packages are delivered securely, although sometimes the…

Overall it’s a good place to live for now !

The York House is definitely falling off. I've been there in nine years. I've seen it go up and down many times. I don't know if it's management. I don't know if they're putting pressure on them that have it at 100% capacity, but they are letting any in everybody I'm talking it seemed like it's street walkers it look like his homeless people from off the streets. m losing my mind in here roaches something I never had before roaches is like they've trying to find the cheapest exterminator because when I'm telling you I didn't have any roaches until they allowed this homeless man because that's what he appears to be. apartment 1215 Reggie he's disgusting he's despicable he smokes cigarettes in the building constantly getting caught doing so.... YES I'M NAMING NAMES!
I'm very happy living at the Yorkhouse. The experience of thirteen years has been very rewarding. There are many activities for the residents within the Yorkhouse and out. The holidays are fantastic with all the staff going out full force. I would highly recommend the Yorkhouse. Come join us!! Diane Burton.
My experience thus far with York House has bn very good ..Since my 1st encounter with Ms.Nicole she has rways gone Above n Beyond ..Any ?s r concerns that I had ..She will see to it that it gt taken care of . Shes Soo professional n is rways willing to Lend a helping hand n give her support when it's needed ..I thank her for helping me feel welcome n my new home ..Kudos to Ms.Nicole for being a Great Employee 👍🙌
