It provides skilled nursing, hospice services, short- and long-term care, memory care and inpatient rehabilitation. From the moment you walk through the front door till you get to the room ,the staff is very friendly and accommodating. This place is nice and clean it's more like your home away from home. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.
I visit here often, my family member is housed there. It is very clean and welcoming. The stuff is timely with request and friendly and polite. It's a very safe clean environment for older people with health issues.
Germantown Home is absolutely incredible, and they treat their residents with compassion and kindness. The facility is very clean and well maintained. Your loved one would be cared for here I highly recommend it and hope you consider it don't hesitate to contact them for a tour of the facility they went out their way to accommodate our family

A couple of us from church went to visit our sweet Sister in the Lord. From the time we pulled up to the facility, I felt good about the place. Germantown Home grounds was nicely kept and the lady on the front desk was very friendly. We were also pleased that the facility didn't have an odor. I have been in some places that had an unpleasant smell...not THIS place. Once went got to our sister's room, she was having an enjoyable conversation with her roommate. It made us all happy that she was in a good mood and looked comfortable and at home in an unfamiliar place. Oh, last thing, I noticed the calendar on her wall showing different activities for the month. I ended up reading it out loud to her...how nice, they also have church services on Sunday and Bible Study once a week (Deliverance Evangelistic & Enon church). 👍👍 Keep up the good work Germantown Home.
I have consistently been greeted with a smile when checking in, and that extends by all the staff too. When visiting a 91-year old who's lived here for 3 years (whom I didn't know lived here) everyone is pleasant, helpful and really nice. In visiting an 84-year old cousin since Nov, 2026, I've been truly pleased with her overall care and attention as well.
I visited my father, and we had a pleasant time together. He seems to be in good spirits. The nursing home is clean, and the staff appear friendly.
First and foremost, the staff was very helpful as well as friendly. Even the patients were friendly. The facility was very clean. A little hard to find, but the best I've been in yet. My family member has been in four in the last year. The check-in was awesome. It takes your temperature and your picture and remembers you when you return. I feel confident that my mom is in good hands.
Location very nice. Staff is pleasent.
