Fountain View at Logan Square

They were nice David's kind they did good therapy is good the people that took him is good the food is good it was nice day I met at night friends the lady that brought me my gift she was nice we got along good I got along with the stairs I got along with the people in the therapy I got them long with some of the cooks I got along with my roommate a quarter cold but I still got a loan with her the food was okay if sometime but sometimes it's not but if it's okay what time then everybody was nice America friend she was nice I met everybody in there and if I have to go back I'll go back again and I get y'all thumbs up it's a good place to go and y'all need therapy or any treatment God bless you all 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷 and y'all just keep doing what y'all doing and keep taking care of them patience in there and treat them good cuz yours are good location to go to get help to get treatment and I like the place cuz if I didn't like I wouldn't go back three times so like I said it's a nice place to go Nice place to go for therapy Nice place to get your treatment you love a nice place to you know to get the help you need and all the fact the factories and all the people that's in there is nice so I wouldn't say nothing bad about them to have anybody need treatment or anybody need their be or anything go wrong they need to go there cuz it's a nice place I'm not going to stay in your wrong it is beautiful there cuz I had me some great times there The parties the cookouts the dinners to join yourself watching movies the karaoke The lady that did the karaoke with her she was nice The one that threw the parties for she was she was beautiful and she had nice she never throw some nice parties she showed us a nice time The girl that did the activities with us the bingo with us the coloring with us the Peyton and nails they treated as beautiful and then ain't nothing else you can ask for if it's lovely if it's beautiful and I can't ask for nothing else better

There are long periods of time where no one is around. One of my visits I personally move my aunt from the wheel chair to her bed.

Although it’s a nice place. Those pictures are not accurate. There are no fluffy pillows or pictures on the walls. No recliner. Quite depressing in my opinion. The nursing staff and aides are very nice.

I would like to thank Logan Square rehabilitation for such a pleasure of service with the employees. It was beautiful. I have no complaints and everything was such a pleasure to stay here if I have to invite someone to come this way again I would definitely put Logan Square in their minds thank you all for such a pleasant day.
