This is my first time coming here, My sister is in the rehabilitation department and I just want to give a big thank you to Germaine, she is on the third floor and is taking very good care of all the patients here.. God bless you and thank you so much for your love and kindness to people who are ill.. 🙏💗
My mother just called to say the nurse was really nasty & cursed at her …I won’t be able to sleep tonight .I need to go get her in the morning to insure her safety …Don’t send anyone here They aren’t all bad but some are rude & mean to old people this isn’t a safe place & ii need to call administration in the morning, enough is enough
The place is horribly out dated. The staff are rude and short tempered towards patients. The rooms are filthy and cramped with 2 patients to a room with no privacy at all. The bathrooms are a disgrace and are poorly maintained. Willowcrest may be under Jefferson now, but it retained all of that classic Einstein health lousiness. Do not sent your loved ones here, it's an abomination to healthcare.
Only liked a couple of nurses, I preferred Felicia. My night nurses weren't too bad, depending on who I had. My favorite night CNA, was Jasmin, Wish I had gotten her number. But those 2 were my favorite nurses in Willow Crest rehabilitation center. I liked having Felicia during the day, and Jasmin at night. Other than that, most of the nurses were very rude, and didn't do their job.
Most Nurses are incompetent, inadequate, lack compassion and should not be doing healthcare.
The worst nursing care ever! I would go without my pain medication for hours, waiting and waiting after asking multiple times I was sent home without any wound care despite the fact that I had open wounds on my arm and my chest wall I was told by discharge planning that they had no nurses in my area to do home care, so suck it up and that’s it. I would not send my dead dog here.
Very Unprofessional, In Room 306 I Hear Everyone Complain About Other Patients and That They Are Overwhelmed and Overworked.. No Good Bed Side Manner, if You Need Rehab for A Knee Replacement Surgery Which I Had Dont Go Hear These People Dont Care if You’re In Pain.. They Wouldn’t give Me My Medicine as Prescribed… There were Soo Many Things That Went Bad In This Place
This review is for the infusion center. I went with my family member who had an appointment to accompany them in case of any side effects. The front desk woman with the short hair, cute glasses, and was singing I'm sorry I didn't remember your name you were so professional, polite, and kind. The nurse who did the infusion, Susan, was also so professional and was so kind and attentive to my family member. The process went well and she explained everything thoroughly, was careful with my family member's delicate skin, and was informative and not condescending in any way when my family member had questions. Thank you to the team in the infusion center for a great visit
