West Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

My rating of 5 stars is for my mother’s recent stay at West Park. All contact with staff has been positive, efficient and courteous. My mother, who is the hardest critic, enjoyed her stay and did not have one complaint. I would highly recommend west Park for Elder Care.

My brother was a patient at West Park for about a month. Whenever I visited him I took notice of the cleanliness of his room and the facilities. My interactions with the nursing and physical therapy staff was always positive, friendly and pleasant.

* ⭐ Excellent physical, occupational, and speech therapy, with many patients reporting significant improvement after surgery, illness, or injury. * ⭐ Compassionate nurses and CNAs, with several families praising individual staff members for their kindness and attentiveness. * ⭐ Clean, comfortable rooms and a welcoming atmosphere during successful stays. * ⭐ Engaging activities, including games, music, and social events that help keep residents active. * ⭐ Some reviewers noted improvements under newer leadership, mentioning better communication and care coordination.

I was visiting my loved one and wanted to speak with the Administrator Pritish about concerns regarding their care. Each time I asked for him, I was told he was unavailable or not there. When I finally spoke with him, I felt his demeanor was dismissive and uncaring, which made me feel that my concerns were not being taken seriously..

I had an excellent experience. The staff members were polite. They treated my medical,physical, nutritional & personal needs quick & respectfully. This was my 2nd time there. Thanks WestPark! The picture is me on Easter Sunday. 1 of the nurses helped me get dress.
