We love the layout and spaciousness of our apartment. it is so nice to have friendly neighbors and management that is so responsive in fixing any issues within our unit and meticulously maintaining common areas. The apartment is so convenient for walking. It is a short walk to restaurants and shopping. It is a five minute drive to the turnpike and five minutes to the septa rail station for direct trips to enjoy downtown Philadelphia…

We sold our house and temporarily moved to Victorian Village until we could find our permanent home. After six months we realized this is where we wanted to live. We love the layout and spaciousness of our apartment. it is so nice to have friendly neighbors and management that is so responsive in fixing any issues within our unit and meticulously maintaining common areas. The apartment is so convenient for walking. It is a short walk to restaurants and shopping. It is a five minute drive to the turnpike and five minutes to the septa rail station for direct trips to enjoy downtown Philadelphia and travel to the airport and Amtrak.
I have been here six years and love it. My apartment is very roomy and functional. The maintenance, management, and overall atmosphere are terrific, very peaceful. Parking is easy. The location is convenient: turnpike, train, busses, shopping. The price is a bit high for me, but life here is worth every penny. I am so grateful to be able to live here.
What a beautiful place to live! Everything is kept spotless and the maintenance is amazing. The manager really cares and makes sure everything is perfect. Our apartment is larger than our old home and we have no maintenance! We recommend this place to everyone.
