Homes are set on about 10 wooded acres adjacent to the Pennypack Watershed Wildlife Reserve and lie roughly 1¼ miles from public transportation and the Willow Grove Park Mall, making errands and outdoor walks accessible.
Daily life centers on on-site amenities and social spaces including lounges, an indoor pool, exercise and Wii game rooms, a movie theater, billiard and card areas, a beauty salon and barber shop, a wood shop and a coffee shop. 4.7 · 45 reviewsWe are residents of Gloria Dei Farms. We enjoy the people, and we're involved in doing all different things. It's a very nice living situation. The food is good. You don't have to eat theirs because you can make your own. They offer that, but you have to pay for it. They don't have a cafeteria but deliver it to your apartment. The apartment is comfortable. We have a creative class, movies, and bingo. They have entertainment, and they come every month. We play Rummikub and lots of other types of cards.
Staff was very welcoming. The building inside and out was very nice, very clean, and accomodating for handicapped. Parking was great and ample.Highly recommend Gloria Dei Farms for senior living.
I'm in Gloria The Dei Farms. This is the perfect place for me. It's all middle-class people who worked hard all their lives. This is their reward as they get to live here. It's a very nice place. The people who run it are very helpful. They're happy to do whatever you need. They have activities and the people that live here are all very nice. I haven't run across anybody miserable yet. I like my apartment. I have two bedrooms, and I have a very nice, big window and a living room that looks outside. I like it a lot here. We don't get meals here. I'm in Gloria The Dei Farms. This is the perfect place for me. It's all middle-class people who worked hard all their lives. This is their reward as they get to live here. It's a very nice place. The people who run it are very helpful. They're happy to do whatever you need. They have activities and the people that live here are all very nice. I haven't run across anybody miserable yet. I like my apartment. I have two bedrooms, and I have a very nice, big window and a living room that looks outside. I like it a lot here. We don't get meals here. The people who live here are people who do not want meals, but we can buy dinner tickets for the assisted living next door and get meals from them, and they will deliver them to your apartment, so I've done that. I would strongly recommend anybody who's looking for a senior apartment to check out this place. I can't think of anything wrong with it at all. They're just eager to help you. They keep it up very nicely. There's always something going on if you're interested. They have a musical movie night on Sunday. They have exercises every day. If I wanted to be busy, and sometimes I do, there's always something going on. Compared to some of the others and the ones that my sister is looking at, the price here is reasonable.

Gloria Dei The Farms was a nice community. It's got a park in the back, a farm on the side, and a YMCA right across the street. We liked it. It was nice, very clean, and bright. It was open and not as congested as living in the city. People opened up their apartments for us to look at. It was very nice. The apartments were spacious. We've looked at a one-bedroom with 865 square feet and it's got an open concept with a full kitchen. Any staff that we've spoken with were very nice, very knowledgeable, and answered any questions we had. It was a good experience.
Our loved one seems to really be enjoying the activities this community has to offer and it definitely is a good value for the money. Right away when we toured we noticed just how friendly and welcoming the staff member's were and residents and how engaged the residents were with each other
Wonderful place for seniors with lots of amenities and activities. Monthly rent is all inclusive for utilities. Cable isn't included. Only$30. It has a swimming pool, billiard room, and movie theater. There's a chapel and party room too.

My aunt has lived here for many years. What a beautiful place and she loves it there. She turned 90 this past Saturday and I dropped her birthday cards and gifts off to her. Love her nephew, Glenn Harvey
