Luther Woods Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Hatboro, Pennsylvania provides short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing and long-term care. Its interdisciplinary team delivers individualized therapy through the LifeWorks Rehab recovery program, with in-house therapists available up to seven days a week. Services support recovery from planned surgeries such as hip or knee replacement as well as from strokes, heart attacks, falls and respiratory illnesses.
Living arrangements include private and semi-private rooms with daily nursing support, on-site rehabilitation services and coordinated discharge planning aimed at returning residents home when feasible. 4.7 · 102 reviewsMy mother is currently at Luther Woods for rehab, and I want to share how impressed I was during my first visit. She has been dealing with tremors from neuropathy for quite some time, so finding a supportive environment means a lot. The computerized check‑in was fast and efficient, and the receptionist greeted me with genuine friendliness. Every staff member I encountered was eager to help and answered my questions kindly and professionally. There was plenty of staff on the floor, and the entire area smelled clean and well cared for. Keep up the great work!
Everybody was so great and supportive with our loved one..from everyone in the office, the nurses, the aides, the rest of the staff.. all the residents that she became friends with. I want to thank Tim, James, Manny and Angel for all they done for making my mother's end of life so peaceful.
Staff, including nursing, admin, and even the janitorial folks were wonderful. However the kitchen was off the entire time my family member was here. The nutritionist tried multiple times to get the kitchen to send the correct food to meet my mother’s dietary requirements, but day after day the wrong items were delivered and on some days even basic items were not available forcing us to bring outside food in to ensure she had something she could eat.

The place was nice,but 4 people to a bathroom would never work for my husband! We took a tour so pricing does not apply Thank you
My Dad has been at Luther Woods for 2 months now. It has been wonderful! The staff have been great with him in helping him adjust to a new home. He is always clean and dressed, his room is clean as well. He really likes all the nurses and having conversations about all his favorite sports teams. His aides are amazing. The nurses are always available to answer my phone calls and call me with any updates. The activities department really go out of their way to make the residents happy and keep them busy! He loves going to the main dining room for lunch, it really makes a huge difference. Joe from the matienence department is always available and has been so helpful with getting things setup for my Dad. He also enjoyed his few weeks in therapy and all the therapist. I am so grateful he was able to get a room there and is safe and happy 😊
My brother is a patient. Waiting for him to complete his rehab. Not familiar with pricing, but staff is friendly and kind.
