I recently had the pleasure of working with Alexis and Jenna for a client of mine that was in a very fragile situation. They handled the situation with just grace, education and compassion. What a lovely surprise! I was hand delivered a grilling set from Arden Court yesterday! I had toured in April for placement of my auntie and Alexis and Jenna came by to check on the status of our search! Although we are not ready for placement and auntie still drives and doesn’t have a diagnosis of dementia this token of support was so graciously received and appreciated- this is the place when the time comes!

Jenna Gallagher never replies to emails with regard to family care. Save yours for your records just in case you need counsel. Follow up: Why would I call the executive Director, who's name is Jenna Gallagher, when she didn’t have the courtesy or professionalism to respond in the first place. She is obviously in over her head. What is your supervisor 's name please?

My mother moved to Arden Courts from another facility after a fall last October. Alexis Ferrara gave me a tour of Arden Courts and answered all my questions ; I definitely felt I was making the right decision moving my mother to Arden Courts. There were several times I reached out to Alexis after hours and she was always available. I reached out once unknowingly when she was off for the week , Alexis still answered me and kept in touch for several days to make sure the issue was solved. I can without a doubt say Alexis goes above and beyond for the residents and their families. She is always ready to listen and always has a smile on her face. As someone who worked in healthcare for a long time that is greatly appreciated. Alexis is someone who is very knowledgeable at what she does and loves her job.

I do not write this review lightly! When I began searching for memory care placement for my father, I was overwhelmed, emotional, and unsure where to turn. Then I met Alexis Ferrara, and from our very first conversation, I knew we were in the right hands. Alexis is far more than a Memory Care Advisor—she is an advocate, educator, and compassionate guide for families navigating one of the most difficult decisions they will ever make. During our tour, her knowledge of dementia and memory care was immediately evident. She took the time to thoroughly explain not only the services and care provided, but also the reasoning behind every aspect of the community’s design, programming, and approach to supporting residents living with dementia. What impressed me most was that Alexis never made me feel pressured. Instead, she listened carefully, answered every question honestly, and helped me understand what was truly best for my father’s safety, dignity, and quality of life. She spoke from both professional expertise and genuine compassion, making an incredibly stressful process feel manageable. Her follow-up and communication were exceptional. Alexis remained available whenever I needed guidance, checked in regularly, and treated our family as though we were her only priority. It is clear that she genuinely cares about the residents and families she serves. Because of Alexis, I felt confident and at peace with our decision. Families facing the dementia journey need someone they can trust, and Alexis Ferrara is exactly that person. Her dedication, expertise, kindness, and commitment to helping families is something that I am grateful for ❤️

If you love your family members do not bring them here. Residents have fell, escaped and are not given their meds because lack of oversight. Left to sit in soiled clothing and not watched properly. Tied to their wheelchairs because aides don’t want to do their job. The snacks provided are inadequate and the food is horrible. The administrator on site has no idea what she is doing. She lets her staff do whatever they want with no guidance. People are paying upwards of $30,000 for their loved ones to stay here and it’s just a free for all. They have been sued numerous times for neglect and abuse and it’s apparent why. I advise you to go somewhere else where they actually care.

I appreciate sam, the activity director, kelly the nurse, alize the nurse as they all helped with my friend franks transition coming to kive at arden courts. This place is nice.

My husband and sister-in-law were both residents at Arden Court. One staff member went above and beyond her duties to ensure the most loving, tender care for my loved ones. Nothing was too hard for her and she never declined assisting through difficult situations! This incredible angel is Joann Cann! She left a wonderful impact on our family and we love her very much. She definitely served from her big heart! ❤️
