I have 2 friends in here. Neither has complained about anything. The first thing yoy notice when you enter the building is it doesn't have "that smell" that most rehab places have. Well cleaned & staff very friendly & helpful.
Everyone is friendly and kind. Renee is fantastic! Though she could use another RN to help. Also I think it is about time they get new carpet, wallpaper, and paint!!!
I trusted this facility to care for my father, and instead I watched his condition decline right in front of me. My dad originally started off in a shared room, and during his stay he began hallucinating and becoming confused. He would call me from the front desk even though he had his own cell phone because he couldn’t figure out how to use it anymore. Looking back now, it is devastating to think about everything he was going through. They stopped giving my dad his diabetes medication, and he ended up passing away. One day I received a call from one of the nurses telling me my dad had died.…
One day I received a call from one of the nurses telling me my dad had died. When I arrived at the rehab, they had moved him into a private room, and my father was still warm to the touch. I repeatedly called the person who signed the death certificate trying to get answers, and my calls went unanswered. No family should ever have to experience this kind of pain, confusion, and heartbreak after placing trust in a facility that was supposed to care for their loved one. If you care about your loved one, please do not send them to this rehab.
Visited my family member recuperating after surgery. Efficient management and patient care. Friendly attentive staff. Well maintained facility, beautiful grounds and ample parking.
Lee, Rose and Toni are taking such good care of my father Fred Kramer who is 93. Feeding and giving pain meds. Thank you.
Everyone is very nice. The Pines is very clean. Doctors and nurses are checking the patient. There are choices of food for each meal. The therapy is excellent!
My mom is a patient at the pines of Philadelphia and her CNA Daye is fantastic I believe she truly cares about my mother and treats her with dignity and love . I am glad that she is taking care of my mother!
Couldn't get the baseball game in the Dining room. Trash can in dining room was overflowing
