Professional caring staff. Clean facility. Security is amazing. I have peace of mind knowing that my Mom is safe.

It was easy to visit with someone, the staff were very friendly and helpful The facility was clean and smelled good 👍

The Philadelphia Protestant Home is a very lovely place. When you first enter, it looks like the lobby of a bed and breakfast space. it doesn't look like the typical nursing home and rehab neither does it smell like one. The staff are not only professional but kind and attentive to the needs of the patient. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the facility. NO DIRT, NO SMELLS!!! The food is absolutely wonderful!!! I have visited people in many nursing homes/rehabs in Philadelphia but there are none like this. If I had to be placed in a nursing home/rehab this would be MY ONLY CHOICE!!!

I had no issues on getting in to see my patient. Security was helpful and friendly and the building was easily accessible after answering sumple questions

Oh man PPH should have their own flower and tree show. The landscaping is always first rate; but the grounds are positively gorgeous this time of year (mid April) especially.

I’m very happy for my client she likes her apartment in Pph she lives there for longer .

Very clean, quiet, friendly staff, and great smelling food. Beautiful inside and outside. Peaceful.

Very strange that a highly rated nursing home, does not have a live person to answer the phone. Today I’ve attempted to call main number, as well as various departments. Not one single human answered the phone. Fake reviews
