I have a loved one living there..and i witnessed first hand abuse, and bullying by a staff member there, by the name of Fatima... when do we stop this elderly abuse of our loved ones by staff members that feel they can berate and threaten them..just because they feel they can..because no one stops them.
It had rats in it
Plz don't sent none of your love ones there , it's a mess they sit around looking like , they don't know what's going on,they don't have outside activities ,if you call watching tv and activity well it's eye motor skills. It's really a dissatisfying place

The residential worker Tierra is rude and unprofessional. She lacks active listening skills as she attempts to juggle multiple conversations simultaneously confusing both the caller and the client. Incompetent.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE IF YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PUT YOUR LOVE ONE HERE DO NOT DO IT! This place seems more like a drug rehab. There was at least 2/people who made sense when you spoke with them. This place wants your money, staff blends in with those who live there! They allow them to watch nothing but violence, go figure. This place needs to be inspected, no professionalism. 3/people crammed into a room. College students have it better.
I have been living at Tabor Manor for over six months. I have heard it is one of the best in Philadelphia. It is from my experience that I agree. The techs are very caring as well as the supervisors. Day after day they are here for support 24/7. Thank you. God less.
This place is horrible! I was on video with my uncle and watched while listening to the young staff yell, curse at the residents (including my uncle). I told him I would call and he said please don’t because they would get on him after we hung up. This place is infested with bedbugs. And the residents sheets are soiled in blood from bedbugs. I saw on video. I couldn’t believe it. I had to get him out of there ASAP! The staff just doesn’t care! This place should be closed down. I feel bad for the other residents because many of their families don’t know what’s happening to them in there. We could a better place.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR OLD LOVED ONES TO THIS PLACE!! This place is a living hell for the elderly! They do a poor job of taking care of all patients. My mother had to be sent to the hospital multiple times! And they’re infested with bed bugs! Your better off looking for another place!
