Our family had such a wonderful experience at St. Monica Rehab in South Philly. The staff was caring, professional, and attentive from the moment we arrived. Our family had such a wonderful experience at St. Monica Rehab in South Philly. The staff was caring, professional, and attentive from the moment we arrived. Mrs Natalie in Social Services was especially helpful throughout the entire process. She provided excellent discharge planning, connected us with helpful resources and referrals, and made the transition so much easier for our family. We felt heard, respected, and supported every step of the way. The nurses, aides, therapists, and entire team were compassionate and patient, and they truly took the time to make sure our loved one was comfortable and well cared for. The facility was clean, welcoming, and well organized, and communication with the staff was always clear and reassuring. Mrs Natalie encouraged our family to identify our goals while our loved one was in rehab, which helped make for a safe and successful discharge. We really appreciated her kindness, professionalism, and support during such a difficult time. Her guidance made all the difference for our family, and we are so grateful for the excellent care provided at St. Monica Rehab. Thank you all so much for your support!

Excellent service delivery is an understatement. I cannot thank social services department enough for providing my sister with the best care and support possible to meet her needs. I appreciate all that they have done for my sister. They are making a difference each and every day!

My family felt heard, respected, and in power of their decision-making. The lady from social services encouraged my family to identify goals of what they hope to achieve while in rehab for smooth transition when discharge was required.

My mother was here recently and she received awesome care and professional rehab services, I want to say Thank you to the nurses who cared for my mom and Leon her Therapist and Jacob her Social service worker. Great Job!!!

I received excellent care at St. Monica's. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I loved taking a walk around the property and they also have a Chapel on-site. The staff there are Angels😇. I would highly recommend St Monica's for Rehab and Skilled Nursing care.

I would like to express my profound gratitude to each of my family members and friends for their kind thoughts, prayers, and well-wishes during my rehabilitation at St. Monica Manor following a fall on March 6th, 2026. The MRI results revealed fractures in my left hip and left humerus bone in the shoulder. I am pleased to report that I have received encouraging news from Dr. Nazarian at Rothman Institute, indicating that my hip has healed. I am thankful for this development and will be undergoing outpatient therapy for my shoulder from home. Throughout my experience in rehab, I have come to appreciate the dedication and care of the staff, who often go above and beyond their duties. This experience has taught me the importance of maintaining a positive attitude and expressing gratitude towards those who assist us. As I continue on my road to recovery, I am determined to focus on my rehabilitation, grow stronger, and enjoy life to the fullest now that I am 66 years old. Once again, I would like to extend my sincerest appreciation to everyone for their thoughts and prayers. I would also like to extend special thanks to Craig Milliken for his consistent support, discussions, and assistance with appointments and daily needs, and Pat Renzi, Albert DiSalvatore, and Loretta MarieBasualdo for visiting me frequently and sharing fond memories. I also appreciate the exceptional care provided by my nurse Tiffany, who has been very kind since day one, activities director Tomecca McDowall, unit nurse Diamond Miller, director of rehab Ben Smith, and my therapist Crystal Melody & Alicia who have all contributed to lifting my spirits and demonstrating resilience and perseverance. Shout out to Father Edward Kuczynski for daily Mass and the body of Christ. To my wife, Donna, your strength and dedication to our family have not gone unnoticed, and I look forward to spending quality time with you soon. To my son, Nick Anthony Cirillo, daughter, Nicole Burkhardt, son-in-law, Kyle Burkhardt, and granddaughter, Sonnie Girl, thank you for your love, joy, and support throughout my recovery.

Positive energy building staff is welcoming! Building stays very well maintained. Consistent activities, events to keep residents active. Great therapy team!
