Staff are very caring and make sure my mom is comfortable. Place is very clean and everyone speaks to you. Love the chapel and outdoor area. The staff also help with grieving family and I'm grateful for that.
I truly grateful for care I received during my stay at this facility. From day one, I was treated with compassion, dignity, and respect. The nursing staff provided outstanding care, therapy team encouraged and supported me step of the way, social workers went above and beyond to make sure all needs are met. Everyone made me feel valued, cared for and respected. Highly recommend this facility.
I was in rehab for a month, the facility provided me excellent services and care, very attentive, caring and respectful, highly recommended, thank you for all what you do here.
I've been in the facility for 2 months, they take care of myself very well, they are here for everything, honest people, food is good, staff is friendly and professional. St. John Neumann is blessing from God to people. Really appreciate the care.
This place is very clean. The employers They are wonderful, Special. One. Her name is Ana. Everybody love her I’ll give them five star.
Very clean and professional place the staff are excellent
I was a resident in the facility, staff is very professional and helped me in the hardest time. I have great respect for friendly and respectful staff. Highly recommended.
My son recently spent a month at rehab here after having spent 7 weeks very sick in the hospital with 2 major surgeries, so this was a very tough stretch of time for him. His care team (physicians, nurses, CNAs, physical and occupational therapists, and his social worker) were all top-notch. People often have preconceived notions about nursing facilities, myself included, but from the moment my son was transferred there, I was impressed. The levels of compassion given to my son was excellent. They really do care. Even the young man who kept my son’s section of the rehab wing clean during the day deserves a shout-out. So, yes, it isn’t fun being a rehab resident no matter for how long, and this older facility could definitely use some upgrading and more maintenance, but for the month my son was there, with daily visits from me, I can say that it truly is a skilled nursing facility with a great care team. Whenever I needed help to facilitate my son’s eventual discharge and home care, his needs were promptly addressed. So, thank you to my son’s care team at St. John Neumann. We are truly grateful!
