Just started yesterday but so far so good. The orientation is going smoothly & I feel welcomed by all the staff.
great people!!
Not quite sure about this establishment since my father was transferred friday here after a 2week stay at temple hospital. I had called friday/Saturday and even sunday morning, i was connected to the floor my father was on and the phone kept ringing, after work I went for a visit Sunday. The receptionist was kinda arguing kinda not arguing with a patient's husband who wasnt very happy because he was caught sneaking in cigarettes to his wife who was smoking inside the building and around other patients on oxygen. So I wont hold that against the receptionist because to me that's valid. I did…
Not quite sure about this establishment since my father was transferred friday here after a 2week stay at temple hospital. I did visit my father, while walking thru the hallway, I found the establishment was very clean, nurses and cnas were talking with patients like family, some patients were walking around or in a wheelchair which is great. After talking with my dad I would say the CNAs and Nurses do need to be more on point when a patient presses their call buttons and maybe answer the phone at the nurses station. I will update my review after his stay and just go from there.
Horrible. Some of the staff are rude and negligent. Wait times for care are way too long. Worst facility I’ve ever been in. One of the nurses is argumentative and rude. Meds were not given and I went without oxygen 20 mins. If I could give less than one star I would.
My orientation went smoothe today. The staff was amazing. Everyone was so welcoming and the facility is beautiful.
Favorite staff here is Nikki She’s transparent, bubbly, loud and straightforward.
