Renaissance healthcare and rehab facility bombed out for my husband and I. They could not handle his medical needs at all. The skills of the staff are not sufficient. The food is not fulfilling and often enough served cold. My husband had a medical emergency... heart related, and his Help Light was not responded to after one whole hour. He had to wheel himself to the door and verbally ask for help. After that incident, he was hospitalized for one month and had to have a procedure on his heart. He is still recovering in another rehab. My husband became a serious liability to them and they…

Great experience! The therapy staff was knowledgeable and encouraging, and the nurses and aides were caring and compassionate. Everyone treated us with respect, and we truly appreciated the support and care they provided throughout the recovery process.
This is a very nice rehabilitation center. Very clean facility and the staff is kind, very helpful, and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend this facility to others.
Nursing home !
Love it there they are sooo kind they treated my grandma with so much care and love until she died and they still reached out to us after she passed
lack of empathy , hall noise at night, roommate tv on all night , cold food served late, unkept room, fair PT and OT, staff not honest to your questions , overall a very trying experience.
Everyone and I mean EVERYONE is so very nice and professional.. I really didn’t want to put my dad in a nursing home but after visiting this place a couple of times I now feel very comfortable that I put him here…THIS PLACE IS NOT LIKE THE OTHER PLACES and I’ve been to a few
The care my loved one received at this nursing facility, unfortunately contributed to their death. I wouldn’t want anyone loved one to experience what my loved one experience. This nursing facility needs to be investigated before they caused another death.
