2.8 · 30 reviewsThis location is very nice if you need somewhere to send a loved one. the area of fair amount is also very nice you just got to make sure not to go on the other side of the wall where it gets very very sketchy. Keep up the good work I live across the street from this establishment and looks like they take good care of their patience. Keep up the good work.
I have nothing but good things to say about this nursing home my mother is there and the staff takes good care of her they could provide better food i am hopeful that they will 😊 thank you guys

Having had the opportunity to observe the nurses, doctors and staff at Fairmount, I can say with confidence that they are a compassionate and hard working team of professionals, quietly and patiently caring for their residents.
Awesome management
my auntie in here for a couple months now since she got sick its not great but we cant afford nothin better she dont got any kids so me and my husband gotta pay the bill for her she dont got any money so we try to take care of her but they got strict hours i dont get outta work in time
First place I’ve been to where I’m not even inside the facility, can smell the urine.... within a foot of being at the door ~ can smell the “yuck”. Absolutely disgusting. But then again... is that “odor” only urine.... or is it from all the cats housed there since there is a rodent issue?
Great care, especially the ladies and nurses of 6 West. They treat the patients like family.
