The therapy team is very good. Its a small building so there is a gooid community atmosphere
Love going there to see my sister ,they are taking really good care of her and she's happy there
People were great and very nice. Doing a fantastic job taking care of my mother and her needs.
Staff very attentive to the residents. Niures and nurses assists seem to care about the residents. Staff were around to answer any questions I had in reference to my family member
A loved one of mine was admitted to this facility recently and we had an excellent experience. I have been to many other facilities before and this one is by far one of the nicest. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the therapy team was able to provide therapy that was geared towards my loved ones condition which resulted in an excellent recovery. I hope that we don't have to have another stay at a facility, but if we do, we will definitely choose Pennypack again.
I wouldn’t judge a book by its cover with this one. While the facility itself may not be the most updated aesthetically, the care my father received made a real difference. The staff was consistently accommodating, and communication with me as a family member was clear and reliable—which is huge when you’re navigating a situation like this. I especially want to highlight the physical therapy and social work teams. They were attentive, supportive, and truly invested in my dad’s progress and well-being. Having experienced several facilities over the past year, I can honestly say this one stood out in terms of how they treated him as a person, not just a patient. Id like to give a special thank you to Mike with PT, Andres with social services, Mary, who followed up after discharge and the woman at the front desk, I forget her name, was so friendly and welcoming. There’s always room for improvement, but overall, I’m grateful for the care my dad received here.
Staff were very friendly and patient with my dad.
