4.1 · 335 reviewsDue to unforeseen circumstances a very close loved one had spent a bit of time in the rehab center at this facility and the heartbreaking stories they came home with really pushed me to write this review. I would like to start by saying the staff is over worked and underpaid. There is absolutely no sense “order” when it comes to the whereabouts of patients who are mobile all hours of the day — so much so these patients are being touched and caressed by other unstable individuals without consent. Due to unforeseen circumstances a very close loved one had spent a bit of time in the rehab center at this facility and the heartbreaking stories they came home with really pushed me to write this review. I would like to start by saying the staff is over worked and underpaid. There is absolutely no sense “order” when it comes to the whereabouts of patients who are mobile all hours of the day — so much so these patients are being touched and caressed by other unstable individuals without consent. On another note, the patient cleanliness is another BIG CONCERN that was experienced. Due to very limited bathing , diaper changes , and linen swaps it has caused Heightened health concerns for my loved one specifically and I could imagine for many others. Let this be a lesson to do extended research even if it’s a short notice situation because nobody should EVER experience what goes on here!!
This place is extremely unprofessional. They let patients sit in their dirty diapers for over five hours, and they let random patients walk around while they touch other patients. I’ll be doing everything in my power to make the proper contacts and channels to get this establishment investigated.
This place is disgustingly foul. They have neglected my step father. Left him sitting in a loaded diaper for 5 hours. Have patients walking around at night touching other patients. Don’t bring your loved ones here. They need to be investigated immediately!!! It’s a shame how they treat our loved ones that we pay to be there. Whole entire place needs to get shut down. Disgusting non caring health care workers

The staff there is wonderful. Everyone is so nice and so accommodating. My brother is there long-term. The nurses and nurse assistants are awesome. The physical and occupational therapist are amazing. If you have a loved one who needs care take it from me Oakwood is the place to be!!! Anita Tomasetti
Facility was clean and comfortable. Staff and nurses station was friendly, helpful and welcoming.
Our good friend has been at this facility for about a year and has received great care from the staff.
