3.8 · 122 reviewsThis place should be shut down stink smell of urine as soon as you come in the front door where you have to wait 10 minutes to get in room are nasty the staff has no respect they don’t speak to no one when you come in every patient looks sad and unhappy I’m ready to contact the state asap I have a picture of mop water from mopping the room floor horrible.
Great therapy team!! Great nursing staff!! Highly recommended for your loved ones!! Lots of patience and care!
I can’t say enough good things about Liberty Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely compassionate. The nurses and aides went above and beyond to make sure my loved one was comfortable, well cared for, and treated with dignity and respect at all times. The rehabilitation team was outstanding — knowledgeable, encouraging, and truly invested in progress and recovery. I can’t say enough good things about Liberty Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely compassionate.
