Nonetheless for the past year staff has been stable, the facility has been clean and my brother’s needs and concerns has been addressed in a timely manner. In addition other residents appear comfortable and content. The program provides activities such as bingo, religious services by outside organizations.
These people are nasty , they treat the patients horribly, they will call PCA and make reports against the family when they are abusing or neglecting your family member to try and protect themselves. My grandmother list 60 pounds in their care. Doctor Rosen was giving her Diabectic medicine when she isn't diabetic. KATHY WHITE the director is very aggressive and screams but claims its passion yet its unstable behavior to be a director. I made complaints about these things instead I was ignored and they made a false report to PCA after trying yo extort my grandmother for money for her stay and…

Watch these people if you love your family members dont send them here. BASIL WATSON needs to be investigated he threatens family members and then uses PCA as a crutch to hide from the abuse and neglect being done by his staff. They do alot of insubordination and these guys are having parties instead of caring for the patients.
I came back to Laurel Square. Received the care to get back in track. Would recommend highly. Thanking all the staff and admiration from Laurel Square. Kudos to all job well done. Eric S

I have been in Laurel Square over 1 yr and I truly love it here. I am very fond of the Nursing aide and love my Nurses int he facility. I visit Lulu Office to get candy and make jokes. I love my excersice group makes me feel like I am contributing to the facility and residents. In overall i truly feel great and blessed to be here. My goal is to find my own place when I can. Frank M
I am a very pleased family member in this facility. My mother is very well taken care off. Very pleased with nursing staff. PT are great with her. Not to happy with food but very happy with care. Love the bubbly personality from admission always willing to help. Carolyn C

When we learn about Laurel Square we were skeptical. However the Sw said that weshoukdgoand tour thefacility and Ashford Lulu. They stated she was very nice and professional al and very upbeat. Wr had to meet her. She was very professional she showed off the facility and introduce us to the staff, physical therapy department. We loved that they had co.mynication line for our uncle . She made us feel at ease and we decided to have him co.e to the.facility. thanking God for people like Lulu working i. Your faculty and making sure they are taken care of my uncle V. Jaquez.
