I want to give a special thank you to Barbara Kavana, the recreational therapist, for the kindness and compassion she has shown my mom and our family. Barbara is caring, funny, supportive, and has a wonderful way of encouraging participation and helping residents feel included. She has made such a positive difference for my mom and has also been a source of encouragement for me throughout this process. Her warmth, patience, and genuine dedication mean more than words can express. We are truly grateful for everything she does.
Desia Campbell and Toniann two cnas at Mary Immaculate Rehabilitation facility WERE SUPERLATIVE. My elderly mother was very demanding today and was requesting their assistance non stop. Desia and Toniann had their hands full with a lot of other patients, but they never lost patience and always found the time for mom, leaving mom clean and changed, peacefully resting in her bed. I cannot say enough good things about Desia and Toniann . Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Yusuf Jones,a CNA, proved also to be a huge empath, he provided a recliner, a warm blanket and a sandwich without me even…

Roee Tanai - that is not true and you know it. You called me as soon as you saw my 1 star review. You continued to cut me off as I was attempting to answer your questions and then hung up on me. When I advised you that I would be by today for a meeting and would stop by your office to further discuss, you told me that was not necessary. You fail to let me speak without interruption and speak over me. This has been the case with each of our interactions. If you want to improve the facility hire competent employees and take accountability for things not being handled properly instead of making…

Your staff members have repeatedly violated my POA rights.
My mom was in there for physical therapy. Day 1 through 4 all they gave her was Tylenol. They kept saying her medicine didn’t arrive yet. They put a bedpan under here for the bathroom. Never took her out of bed til day 5 and also never offered to wash her. She is lucky she didn’t get bedsores. They had the balls to ask me to keep her there for 2 more days. Then tell me there might be a billing issue. I had her moved to a better facility 5 minutes away. I will be reporting this to the media and she should not be getting charged for the days they never took her out of bed. Been trying to talk to someone there about this and no one answers the phone. Respond to this review and make this right.
Visited my brother-in-law (Room 403A) on Thursday April 30th. For years when we visited Immaculate Mary we would be greeted by the very pleasant and knowledgeable Linda at the front desk. Linda had been promoted and the front desk is now managed by Jocelyn. Jocelyn is a great successor to Linda. She provided a friendly smile upon entering, clear instructions on signing in abd was just an overall wonderful ambassador for Immaculate Mary. Jocrlyn is a great person and deserving of a 5 star rating!
My mom has been at IMC since 2000. Although the facility was showing its age*, the care has been stellar. I'm not the only one who feels this way. I recommended IMC to a friend who still thanks me to this day. While the staff have all been professional, competent, courteous, and personable, I want to give a special shout out to Shelia G. The amount of patience she has with the residents is second to none. You can tell she truly cares about all the residents and is truly dedicated to each and every one of them. *Please note that the physical plant is currently being updated and looks much better than when mom arrived in 2020. I recommend IMC without reservation.
Have been here a year and can honestly say the changes have been great the new administrator is a man of his word. The food has improved greatly.
It’s a beautiful place and the staff are all so pleasant.
