Amazing facility and clean! Staff cares about there residents and you can see it everyday! Management is great and super helpful. I highly recommend for your loved one!
My thanks go to the physical and occupational therapy staff for their professionalism, compassion and encouragement during my stay. Specific thanks go to Rosa, Erica and Warren. The aides on the 5th floor were all caring. A special shout out to Satta, who looked after me with good humor. I would also like to thank all the RN’s who are so understaffed and worked so hard to get all my meds out to me in a timely manor. I’d also like to thank the housekeepers who always made sure the room was clean and trash was emptied. Since I had to have skilled nursing care and rehab, Graduate Post Acute was…

I recently traveled from out of town to visit a family member in Room 212, and I had a wonderful experience during my visit. I asked about laundry services since I was staying away from home, and the Director of EVS, Kennedy, personally came to speak with me. She was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. She had my laundry washed right away and returned to me neatly folded without any issues. Kennedy also went above and beyond by helping me find certain TV channels and making sure I was comfortable during my visit. It is rare to receive such thoughtful and attentive customer service,…
It is rare to receive such thoughtful and attentive customer service, and her kindness truly made a stressful trip much easier. The facility itself was very clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. Everyone I encountered was pleasant, but Kennedy’s exceptional service really stood out. I am very grateful for the care and hospitality shown to both my family member and me. Highly recommend this facility!
I was a patient at this facility for two months recovering from chronic back pain. The care provided by a nurse on the second floor named Lisa was much-needed and appreciated. She appeared to be the hardest worker in the hospital and I am forever grateful. She deserves a raise because I doubt she's being properly compensated.
The day shift is exceptional, most of the CNAS that work night are OK. The day shift nurse Lisa is very good and Miss Rose on night shift is good. But the majority of the new people that they hired are only there for the paycheck. The CNAS Theresa,Laverne,Kay do exceptional and Vicki in housekeeping is awesome.
Every thing was professionally executed. All staff were attentive, polite, and helpful, answered questions with patience from lobby to patient's room. The environment was clean. I was impressed and would recommend Facility based on .y 2 visits.
The visit was great. Just wished the staff would have been more accommodating and asked us if we were good. This was my first visit there and my family member was in the hallway so we stood and talked with him before another family came and told us we could have gone in his room instead of standing in the hallway. She took over and we went to the roof which was great.
The place was extremely clean! The therapy I think was pretty good. The staff is especially very nice. Beware they’re doing construction so things can get a little buggy, but that has nothing to do with them being clean. They are spotless. I’ve seen the kitchen. And I would try to get onto the fifth floor. It’s a whole Nother atmosphere. If you have good insurance make sure you ask. I want the fifth floor. It’s quiet it’s upscale.
