Sis was great. Her visit to hospital was very helpful in convincing my mom to go there. All the nurses, cafeteria and activities people were great too.
They've been very attentive to my mom, who needs lots of care. They're very compassionate and professional. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

All staff very caring and thorough. Patient to staff ratio seem to be good as patients getting individual care. Activities person very engaging with trying to get patients involved in activities. I have total peace of mind that my loved one is well cared for.
I will give every category a rating of 5. I will say that my mom didn't partake in any activities so that is the only one I can't rate. I would highly recommend this facility!
Close to my house, clean, friendly staff and leaders who give you time to discuss any concerns and take immediate action to resolve. Transitioning for resident was challenging and to be expected but after two months we are noticing resident is more calm and receptive to staff. Three meals a day and food is good. I definitely would recommend Gloria Dei the Park. Plenty of activities and parties and the other residents are wonderful.
The care here is unsurpassed. Every staff member buys into providing care excellence offering our elders the dignity, compassion, and quality of life that should be provided everywhere. I never have to ask for anything twice. Every inquiry is taken seriously. The environment is clean and without odor 24/7. This is where elderly benchmarks are made.
I moved my mom to Personal Care at the Park a few months ago because she needed a higher level of care than she was getting at her previous facility. I’m very pleased with my decision. The entire staff (healthcare, activities, dining room and maintenance) are extremely attentive, caring and professional. In the short time she’s been there, her quality of life has definitely improved. I would recommend The Park to anyone looking for compassionate, quality care for their loved one.
