Beautiful facility. Jodie was a wonderful host.

Jodi was absolutely amazing during my tour at the Estates, she was very informative. The facility was very inviting and all of the residents are very friendly and happy to live here.

Great tour! It’s like a city on its own!

There are rude, ill-mannered women at the reception desk, I listened to a lot of rudeness

I visited The Estates, an independent living community, and it is the number one choice for me. It's a very established community. It's very quiet, the people are nice, and it's close to everything. There's even a shopping center nearby. They showed me two apartments, and I picked the best one for me. They said they were going to put on a new carpet and made me pick the color and style. For the bathroom, you can choose to have a curtain or a door, and I picked the door. I like that I have the freedom to choose. The most important thing is that they are very secure. I could not just walk in, even if I had an appointment. There are people sitting at the front desk, and they have to hit a bell so you can come to the door. If there is also an emergency, you could just pull a plug, and they would come over. They have a movie theater and an exercise room. It's independent living, so I have to cook for myself, but they also have a cafeteria where you could pick up a sandwich or coffee. People could also just sit there and talk. They have outside activities, too, where they ride a shuttle bus to certain places. If you want to, you could also have a garden there. It's under a big organization with a lot of different communities in different areas, so if something happens and you want to move to memory care, for example, you could move into one as they're all connected.

Very easy access from Rhawn Street.

The community is a nice size. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this community to others.

I would tell others looking that the staff and residents at The Estates are very friendly and helpful if you have a problem or are sick. There are always things to do or you can volunteer . We think that it is well worth the money.
