If I could give 10 stars I would! I'm not a big review writer but I have to give credit where credit is due and this review is looooong overdue. My brother was at this facility and I have to admit I was probably the worst family member they have ever dealt with. I was not ready to make the decisions that he needed me to make because he could not make them for himself and I struggled to do what he would have wanted. The staff deserve an award strictly for dealing with me and my craziness LOL. I wish I was better with names, but the nurse in charge had the patience of a saint. She talked me off…

My brother was at this facility and I have to admit I was probably the worst family member they have ever dealt with. I was not ready to make the decisions that he needed me to make because he could not make them for himself and I struggled to do what he would have wanted. The staff deserve an award strictly for dealing with me and my craziness LOL. I wish I was better with names, but the nurse in charge had the patience of a saint. She talked me off the ledge more times than I could count. To all the nurses, aids and respiratory I'm sorry for giving yall a hard way to go. Thank you for everything you did for my brother and my family he received the best care I could ever ask for while there.
My brother was down there for a short period of time. When talking about his rehabilitation care some of them did not do what were supposed to do. The CNAs that did take a care of my brother, I thank them. My brother went home to glory. I went back down to Fox on broad St in Phil, to get my brother belongings his blanket is missing nobody knows where it is (someone stole it). Do not take anything down there of value. This facility needs improvement a whole lot of it.

This place is absolutely horrible. They will give the wrong meds. Not read charts. Throw patients around. They for sure drugged up my loved one and lied about it. My love one has now passed because this place didn’t move her once and the bed sores turned into sepsis. So do not I beg you do not send your love one here. If i could give 0 stars I would. They make me sick.
fox is the worst nursing home ever its dirty mice the food is the same thing over and over and its all ways cold the rooms are really cold they don't care and the rules always change to benefit them they took my table after having it for two years now my food has to sit on my bed and when i go to the doctors they go through my stuff and two of my covers went missing in one week and they say that they are not going to pay for them because they were not on the inventory list
This place let my grandfather die, was not honest about medicine given. Do not place loved ones here.
This place is an absolute disgrace. Should be shut down. Lies about health. Missed something very important on my grandmother. Does not move patient which indicates to bed sores. Does things without consent. Horrible place do not send your loved one here!
I won’t go into detail but I will suggest if you have someone in this facility, if it all possible, have a family member or advocate with them at least a good 12 or more hours of the day. Especially if they can’t speak or advocate for themselves. An incident of abuse, property stolen and So many issues with the care and cleanliness of this place from the administration on down.
