4.1 · 373 reviewsThis facility is very good. Has exceptional cleaning staff. The cleaning staff deserves 5 stars, but we as people need to be more compassionate from nurses and management. But I do feel as though that, with improvement and better training This facility can be a five star all the way
My Father was a patient here for past 3 years until he passed in January. Don't agree with the post about Bernice Higgins and the others from the billing office. Always had a great experience. They were always very professional, courteous and helpful. Visited the office weekly to check for mail. Had an issue with Dad's monthly charge after going to SNF which she took care of. The building is very old and definitely need in repair. Main elevators always an issue. Kudos to many of the staff me/Dad and my brothers met during his stay. The building is very old and definitely need in repair. Main elevators always an issue. Kudos to many of the staff me/Dad and my brothers met during his stay. The activities department was great especially Alexus. My Father was first on 5th floor, dementia unit for 2 years then SNF for 1 year.
The rehab at Deer Meadows was very poor very dissatisfied with it. Some of the workers were saying how bad it was there. They don't have all the equipment they need for a stroke victim.

If I could select no stars I would. The business office specifically Bernice Higgins is absolutely horrible. They have extremely nasty attitudes, and are ridiculously unprofessional. I would not recommend. The facilities are clean and nice, but dealing with the business office will make you regret your decision to place a loved one here. They have no trainings on how to be professional. They will also add charges to your bill unnecessarily. Once called, they fixed the bill resulting in a $40k reduction. Again, I do not recommend. The business staff needs training on how to be professional.
The staff at Deer Meadows is extremely professional and caring. They ensure your loved one is well taken care of.
Great place, Administration is very nice, open and receptive. They are always willing to work with you to address concerns
