I have been here for a month we having my knee facility on the outside or just a plain white brick building just average inside but the care is excellent. Every employee are so helpful and friendly and kind. I would recommend them for long hair or short care they try to keep you busy and active. I love it here.
I was very impressed with the new room for the meeting I had today. Alana is excellent and very helpful with my friend Tommy. Unfortunately your restroom was not up to par.
The finance officer Christine Bright has been very helpful to me with suggestions that is helping make my husband's stay better because of her experience with having her father at Chapel Manor. I am grateful to other staff members as well. They are genuinely kind and attentive to their residents. Grateful too many names to remember to honor their efforts.
Visited my dad 1st time .. could be a little cleaner .. staff needs to check in more .
At Chapell Manor, the staff were extremely helpful in guiding patients to their rooms. The CNAs and RNs caring for our uncle today were compassionate, supportive, and very professional.
Not good communication
The residents and staff interact well and make the entire place friendly and welcoming. Visiting a friend unannounced and he was in great shape, clean and in a clean room.
Visiting our brother was an experience in classy and concern. All our questions were addressed and staff presented a pleasant atmosphere to live around.
