I have a friend who’s there now and this person is very disappointed with the care they are receiving. The meals are NOT even close to restaurant quality. The staff needs to be more available for their patients. Maintenance has a lot of work to do. Currently the patients cannot get showers. Someone should be inspecting this facility, it is running below standard and causing patient discomfort and depression. I only chose 1 star so I could write a review. If upper management is reading this, PLEASE do something to help these people before it’s too late.
My wife has been here only eight days she has good nurse they are polite and try to do all they can I respect the staff here that show and do there job

It is very suitable for a nursing home. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Security is a great asset to have , they are also friendly and helpful.
This place is horrible its dirty it always smells really stink. This building have rats running around in the day time around people like it's normal. One social worker Sandra bellinger is very ignorant and unprofessional. Toilets run over and flood everywhere and only gets cleaned up once I complain. The food is nasty, it don't even look like food I can only imagine how it taste. If u call there u can't get threw, they only answer the phone when there ready to or feel like it. I'm calling the health department and the state on this building, company and owners.
They care about their patients. The staff here are real people doing a hard job in the community. I want to personally thank Ms. Lambert, Ms Renata. The nurses and the custodial staff on the 4th floor. Don't be overwhelmed by the building. It's definitely about the people here. Thank you
