Brandi was extremely helpful and understanding while navigating me through the Medicaid application process for my mother. I was not knowledgeable of all the information that needed to be gathered or all the paperwork that needed to be prepared in order to be Medicaid eligible. Brandi explained the steps thoroughly and was always available to answer my questions. Brandi and PA Solutions are very professional and I would highly recommend them.
Brandi was great to work with.She knows all the steps and rules that must be followed.She walks you thru the process step by step and keeps you updated.If you want the best give her a call Thanks.

Brandi did an amazing job helping my mother in-law apply for medicaid. She navigated us through the process with ease, caring, and understanding. Brandi was in close contact whenever she needed documents or clarification. Without her, my mother in-law’s transition to a nursing facility would have been much more difficult.
I highly recommend Brandi. She is very knowledgeable and informative, and she always made sure I had the information I needed. Along with our phone conversations, she followed up with emails so nothing was missed. Brandi was always quick to answer my calls or return them, and she showed great patience when I needed extra clarification.
Brandi, Thank you for all the work you have done. It has made the transition for my Aunt and Uncle much easier and less stressful for me since I had only begun managing their finances/household until this last minute emergency transpiried.
