I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, however my experience at Maple Ridge in Kingston, Pennsylvania truly deserves to be recognized. From the moment I arrived, I was met with a level of care, compassion, and professionalism that is incredibly rare to find. I want to personally recognize some of the incredible nursing staff who made my stay unforgettable: Vivian, Akeela, Sabrina, Michelle, Michelle (yes, both of them!), Claire, and Jen Z. I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, however my experience at Maple Ridge in Kingston, Pennsylvania truly deserves to be recognized. From the moment I arrived, I was met with a level of care, compassion, and professionalism that is incredibly rare to find. This is not just a facility—it’s a place filled with genuinely exceptional people who go above and beyond every single day. I want to personally recognize some of the incredible nursing staff who made my stay unforgettable: Vivian, Akeela, Sabrina, Michelle, Michelle (yes, both of them!), Claire, and Jen Z. These are not just good nurses—they are, without exaggeration, among the best you will find anywhere in the country. Their attentiveness, kindness, and dedication made all the difference during my time there. I also want to give special recognition to Claire, the Director of Nursing. She is an exceptional leader—professional, compassionate, and deeply respected by both her team and patients. Her leadership sets the tone for the entire facility, and it clearly shows in the level of care every patient receives. She made me feel not just cared for, but truly at home—like family. I would also like to recognize the exceptional medical providers who were central to my care: Dr. Mera and Devon Minley, CRNP. Their clinical expertise, attention to detail, and thoughtful approach to treatment stood out immediately. They took the time to listen, explain, and ensure that every aspect of my care was handled with precision and professionalism. Their ability to combine strong medical judgment with genuine compassion gave me a high level of confidence and reassurance throughout my stay. The physical therapy and occupational therapy department was second to none. Pat, Matt, Lauren, and Kathy are outstanding. They worked with me every single day and played a major role in helping me regain my strength, balance, and confidence. I would also like to recognize Katie, the Director of Activities, whose energy, creativity, and dedication added so much to the overall experience. She plays a vital role in making the environment uplifting, engaging, and genuinely enjoyable for patients. A heartfelt thank you as well to the incredible aides who work tirelessly to support patients every day: Melissa, Tom, Mara, Maria, Sandi, Dan, Brian, Anna, AJ, Diana, and Dominik. Their kindness, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond did not go unnoticed and made a meaningful difference in my experience. I also want to acknowledge the additional staff who were an integral part of my care: Andrea, the Assistant Director of Nursing, Jill from Social Services, Alyssa from Administration, Allie, a Supervisor, Chiesa, a Supervisor, and Dominik. Each of you played an important role in making my stay as comfortable and well-supported as possible, and I am truly grateful. They treated me not just as a patient, but as a person—with dignity, respect, and genuine care. That kind of environment is priceless, especially when you’re going through something difficult. If you or a loved one are considering care at Maple Ridge, I can say with complete confidence that you will be in outstanding hands. What meant the most to me, beyond the exceptional care, was how each and every person made me feel seen, heard, and valued during a time in my life when that mattered more than anything. You gave me strength when I needed it most, comfort when I didn’t think I could find it, and a sense of peace in a situation that was anything but easy. That is something I will carry with me forever. Thank you again to the entire team—you didn’t just care for me, you truly made a lasting impact on my life that I will never forget.
We reported them to Medicare and PA Agencies. To quote State investigator we are working with, “Oh we’re very familiar with this place and the staff names you’ve provided”.
