If you’re going to schedule an interview with Tiffany Court, I would call to double check before arriving. Apparently the woman who was supposed to interview me stepped out and did not notify/prepare someone else to handle the interview. Thank you for wasting my time.
I was looking into tiffany court for my mother since its around the corner from me but they dont expect insurance and it runs around $3000.00 a month cash how in the world in today's world can anyone afford that.
Great facility to trust with the care of your loved ones! Very caring staff and always so respectful if you have questions etc.
I would 100% recommend Tiffany Court at Kingston to any family who is looking for a Personal Care setting or Memory Care. We are very pleased at the attentive care our dad receives in Memory Care and could not image him being anywhere else!
I had been given 2 weeks to find a place for my sister after being advised she needed more than just assissted care. I got advice and names of places from an on line place "A Place for Mom". They gave me Tiffany Court as one of those choices. As soon as I walked into the "memory unit" and saw [name removed], the head of the unit, engaging the people with a talk about a young man on his journey on the Appalachain Trail; I knew this was going to be the right place. They have been so kind and caring. It amazes me .
We are extremely happy with my Father in law Tom staying here. It was a stressful time when Kitty helped us and was there for us. Mary who is the head of the Memory Unit is an asset to Tiffany Court. Her kindness towards my father in law and the other patients is appreciated. She is so helpful with us and goes above and beyond with her job.Cody in Maintenance was so helpful with his TV and very personable. Barbara is so friendly greeting everyone when you enter. The nurses are so kind helping him dressing, and making sure his stay is like home. He says how much he loves it here. He loves the food and made friends with wonderful people. The residents welcomed him with open arms.He loves all the activities too!The Van driver takes him to his appointments and is very trust worthy We give them 5 Stars! Shout out to Jeanette and Joe for their kindness. Mike and Susan Sawka
It's expensive but my mom is worth it My mom is much happier at Tiffany Court. Which makes me very happy. The entire staff have been very helpful. I haven't come across anything to report that would be negative.
Care services got a low rating because after a week of mom asking for her meals delivered they finally check on her to find out why. Turns out she had pneumonia. Could have been caught earlier. They really don't check very often. Mom started going down hill after that. No fault with Tiffany Court. After 2 weeks of IV antibiotics and two chest tubes it was 1 infection every other month. Mom passed in January but I would recommend Tiffany Court. She was only there for two months and we had to put her in a nursing home. Everyone one there including residents were very friendly.
