Such a great experience. As a caregiver and a family member i would highly recommend this facility. The staff cares about the residents needs. The nurses very personal and on point
If you harass your aides, then send them home when they complain to the director of nursing. How do residents get the care they are asking for. They really don't care about patient care, they are busy socially harassing the aides they don't like. So wrong!
The facility went above and beyond for my mother on Admission. I met with the DON, Dietitian and therapy staff the facility is clean. Staff is very nice and attentive. My experience and my mother’s experience overall was really great. Only negative feedback is The facility is a bit dated, but not dirty well cleaned and up kept. I have chosen facilities that look like the Hilton in the past, but The care, my mother received was not the best so I would choose quality of care any day over aesthetics thank you Langhorne Gardens for everything you’ve done for my mother
Langhorne Gardens Health & Rehabilitation Center has impressed me every time I’ve visited. The building is clean, the environment feels calm and organized, and the staff treated my cousin with genuine care and professionalism. Her treatment has been top‑tier, and it showed in her relaxed state of mind and progress. I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone seeking reliable, high‑quality care.
I have been very fortunate to work with the excellent team at Langhorne Gardens over the years! As someone who has been in the Senior Living Industry for over 20 years it is always a pleasure. I recently met Lisa in admissions and she was so responsive when I needed to schedule a visit and tour for a client of mine that is considering coming as a long term resident. I was met with a smile from so many staff members! It was clean, the residents looked well cared for and engaged! On the day we can a lot of the residents were outside and enjoying a beautiful summer day! I will happily recommend to future families of mine!
Do not listen to good reviews as most are fake. My mother went in here for physical therapy, which they just stopped doing 5 days before she was supposed to be discharged. That was literally the reason she was there. Every little thing you need you have to ask multiple staff members. They basically just ignored my mother and let the next worker deal with it. Finally my mother was immobile and undergoing breathing treatment. They stuck a roommate in with her who was obviously sick and coughing all over the place. My mother wound up laying unconscious for hours before being rushed to the hospital. Her roommate should of been quarantined, not placed with a patient who was not sick and has respiratory issues. This place kills people no doubt about it. It should be shut down. Do not send your loved ones here.
The absolute worst place. Upon entering you are hit with the smell of urine. The patients sit open-mouthed, moaning with pools of urine under their wheelchairs. Untreated UTIs despite begging the nurses for help. Finally, after asking for her to go to hospital three times, we picked her up and took her ourselves. Told us they would apply for rehab Medicaid but lied and sent us a bill for over $46,000. Have tried to call dozens of times and their phone just rings. Pick any other place.
Great staff
