Today I attended a care conference at Oxford Rehab. I was impressed that Lauren, the Director Rehab, Brain from Nursing and Ashely, from Social Service were all present at the care conference. They provided the family with a thorough assessment of their mother’s care needs. The team was knowledgeable, compassionate, and generous with their time. After the care conference I met with my client. She needed assistance with using the restroom. I was able to quickly locate an aide and my clients care needs were addressed promptly.
As skeptical as I was about going I have, so far, been pleasantly surprised. The staff have been kind, considerate, and empathetic towards my pain and comfort. Tamika I must say is a gem. She is very attentive to not only her administrative duties and the daily operations around this facility but welcomes each admission in person, checks on each of the patients personally to make sure all needs are being met. She is a pleasure to hold a conversation with and is very kindhearted. Although my stay is short term and I am looking forward to going home soon; I feel that, so far, a great deal of…

It was a pleasure to be visiting my family in Oxford. It's clean and tidy and very professional. Sara our aid is so wonderful. She is bright as sunshine and just as capable. Tamika is doing a great job overseeing that all is professional and caring. Thank for seeing to every detail for my loved one.
I just wanna say that our experience with my dad at Oxford was positive. I like to give a great thanks to Ashley and Renee, as social workers they have a tough job dealing with the families. When I spoke with Ashley personally yesterday and Renee They were able to provide me the support that was needed at that time and throughout the whole experience. Great care and comfort from all the nurses on the first floor who took care of our Dad. Thank you, Brian and Esther for their great care. All the nurses provided great care for our father. We wanna thank you. The CNA’s were also wonderful. I don’t remember everyone’s name, but I have to say that they were all wonderful thank you so much.
Had a really good experience at Oxford Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. The staff was super kind and made everything feel easy and comfortable. You can tell they care!! Would definitely recommend.
