My father was a resident here for just over a year. The facility was exceptionally clean and his unit had just been renovated prior to move in. I can't stress enough how important the staff is at places like this. While he was there, he was treated like family. I know, as I saw it on a daily basis each time I came to visit. His care was attended to promptly and his needs were fulfilled. I would like to give a special thanks to Gianna, Vanessa & Matt. I know there are more people to thank, but I cant recall all their names at the moment. Again, from all of us Vorgity's, we thank you from the…

Memory Care Unit is a mess and disaster. Smells like urine when you walk through the doors and the staff do not pay attention to the residents in a professional manner. Do not consider here if you loved one needs memory care,

Our dad moved into Oxford Crossing Personal Care at the end of October 2025 after a brief stay at St. Mary's and Oxford Rehab Hospital. The social worker at Oxford Rehab (Ashley) and the liaison at Oxford Personal Care (Ariel) made the transition super smooth. He was placed on hospice care as well and received good care from an attentive staff until he passed away. We were very impressed with Ariel, Nikki RN and Kiara at the front desk. All three of them went above and beyond to make his last weeks comfortable and enjoyable. We recommend Oxford Personal Care for your loved one.

We have only moved our loved one in this week. From what I can see so far its very clean and welcoming. We are getting care that seems to go above and beyond. The responsiveness from the team has been unmatched. We are able to pick up my mother in law every day 8am to 8pm. They offer transportation for her if its within 10 miles. They offer a lot with the price. I feel very relieved that my In law is in a safe and caring environment. She also claims all of the residents are sweet as pie.

We had my mother and step father move into Oxford Crossing and we have been very happy with the whole experience. Unfortunately my mom passed away shortly after moving in. The staff was and have been very comforting to my family. The staff continues to take great care of my step father despite his less than happy demeanor.I was and still am very impressed with Ariel with everything that she does and always has a positive attitude for me . In closing I am glad we chose OC and would gladly recommend it to anyone. Sincerely,Mick Slemmer

I wanted to take a moment and share my experience with Ariel who does who provides an exceptional service to my clients. She is patient, caring and very responsive to all of the needs they have. She brings a certain level of comfort, understanding and knowledge to the families I bring in for tours and placement. Thank you for all you do! I appreciate you and your service!! 10 stars!

I needed to move my Aunt closer to our family. After extensive research, Oxford Crossings was the perfect fit for her. The staff went out of their way to make her transition seamless. I feel they truly care about the happiness and wellbeing of their residents.
