From the outside, the place looks old and a little dingy, but clean. Inside was better. The staff was as nice as could be. My mom is only in for a week of rehab. I walked in on day one to find staff working with her. Everyone seemed quick to respond to the needs of my mother, for which I am grateful. I felt comfortable, like she was in good hands when I left.
Visiting a family member the other day, a nurse was going around asking the elderly patrons to sign voting ballots and said that she would fill out the rest, and all they needed to do was sign. I don't think that's right in general, let alone doing it at work while taking care of the elderly. Otherwise, this is your run-of-the-mill nursing home. Food isn't the best, and it smells old.
All I can say is Lord help anyone who is in this facility. Complete mistake sending my dad there and trying fervently to get him out as soon as possible!
My respite stay was good, staff was pleasant and efficient.thank you for a nice comforting stay away from home
Been to this facility many times building is clean and staff are very welcoming.
Very attentive staff, facility is welcoming and clean!
Incompetent staff. Not very clean. Inadequate care. My mother was in worse condition at discharge than she was when entering this facility. Had to call 911 (at the advice of her personal doctor) to have her readmitted to hospital within hours of this facility releasing her to “go home”.
Well they really dropped the ball for my sister she came home from rehab and we had to call an ambulance to take her to hospital she was showing signs of not being coherent confused and could barley walk . She was.diagnosed septic from a raging uti with should have been delt with the 2 and half weeks she was there ...not taken to the bathroom when needed was told she has incontinence and basicly told go in her pull ups she is allergic to iodine and was brought fish three times to eat this facility needs to do way better thank heavens we had the awareness to call 911 after a couple hours of being home she will never be placed here again
