If I could give zero stars I would! Ask them about what they are doing about the bed bug infestation they have right now. Currently not a thing, aides wearing gowns into bed bug infested rooms yet walking to other rooms wearing the same gown. This place is horrendous!!! Never ever send your loved one there! The good reviews are from staff or residents they tricked into writing a good review!! Stay away!!! My friends been there over a year, they still haven't helped her get out! It's like the hotel California song, you can check in but you can never leave!
This place is a disgrace. The food is horrible. There is nothing fresh - vegetables or fruit ever. I would not serve my dog, the food that they have there for breakfast. There’s never enough oatmeal for people that are still hungry after the bread not toast and water down eggs are served. The orange juice is finally after having the administration stuff actually taste it-was brought up to a bit of a better taste. It should be required that the staff taste the food that these people are served. It would certainly change and whoever owns this place, well, OK, I don’t know how they live with…

My husband has been there for three months and it is horrible. The CNA‘s do not get paid enough obviously because all they do is sit and look at their phone when there’s people screaming, asking for help. Nothing gets done. It is horrible. My husband has been left without shoes on his feet or socks on his feet. they lost his sneakers. His feet were black when I got there and after a 2 day absence - because I go every day normally and go every day and if I skip a day it is horrible. I find that they ignore his needs to aid with meals and going to the bathroom. He has Parkinson’s for heavens sake! They’re a handful of people that care there and the rest might as well not even be there.
Do not ever send loved ones to this place and don’t let the cna on second floor with pink hair abuse your elder loved one . The administration allows your loved ones to be sent out to doctors visits with no shoes on in the winter time and it’s below their pay grade to find his shoes that he had on yesterday this place is a disgrace I’ve seen so bad nursing / rehabilitation centers in my life this is by far the WORST in bucks county Pennsylvania it’s really a 0 star just put 1 to write a review to let other people aware of this dump. If your loved ones smokes they do allow them to go outside…

If your loved ones smokes they do allow them to go outside supervised 3 times a day you have to give your cigarettes to the receptionist to hold on to them with lighter but when your loved one goes out to smoke once and you give the receptionist 4 packs of cigarettes and they are told you don’t have any left and they go look again for them and say you only have 1 pack left and they don’t know where the rest are don’t be suprised. If your loved ones are leaving this facility this place is so run down with NY CITY cockroaches and rats throw all of their belongings out unless you want to bring them to your house
I came to visit my friend who was here for therapy. I was really surprised at how clean the halls are and friendly the staff is. My friend said his food was pretty good too!
I came here expecting to get rehab when I got to Harborview got rehab, I did get therapy when I was here, I will be successfully discharged. The food was great I prayed for everyone in here every day with my bible. If I could have been a nurse growing up I would want to work here. Nurses and nurses aid they were beautiful to me treated me with respect. There was love between everybody. I would recommend this place for rehab.
Never send your family here. This place should be condemned
The place is a joke.
HUGE RED FLAGS!! The business owners, management and staff do not provide a quality facility or quality care to the poor elderly and disadvantaged residents they house in a building that is falling apart. Don't let the "Landlord Special" fool you. The layers and layers of paint to make the facility appear maintained is an ABSOLUTE FACADE! Heat and A/C units barely work and are never replaced when needed. The furniture is old and filthy! The kitchen is in shambles and the food is horrible. They refuse to fix a broken call bell system so patients in need of care go overlooked for an unacceptable amount of time. Theft is a common occurrence. They have a horrible reputation in the community and poor alliances with the healthcare systems around them. The nursing staff reports themselves to the Department of Health just to get the administrator and owners to correct the worst of the issues. Not like the residents, short term patients and their families aren't already doing it on a consistent basis. The majority of the staff are exceptionally unprofessional. This type of facility is nothing more then a money grab for it's owners. Administrators and upper management exploit Medicare, Medicaid and drain the remaining bit of an estate these unfortunate folks have, while they earn pretty high salaries for the positions they hold. PLEASE PULL THEIR HEALTH DEPARTMENT RECORDS BEFORE PLACING A LOVED ONE HERE. They've paid out over $80,000 in fines to the state within the past 4 years.
