I have had 2 relatives in this facility and thankfully found other places for both. The walls are gray (very depressing), they lost my relatives laundry the 1st day there (because they forget to lable it). I went to vist and my relative was laying on a urinary catheter tubing and the bag was laying on the bed. They changed his status because they felt he could no longer qualify for therapy but never told us about it (it changed his payment issue). There are many more but are too long to continue. The facility I found for one of my relatives went out to evaluate him prior to transport and said it was the worse place they ever saw and they wanted to leave as soon as posible. I am RN and the supervisor there was arguing with me about leaving there without making proper accomidations. I found a lovely place in Chalfont where he had a large private room, PT, a dining room and took him to dyalisis 3 times a week.
Great facility! I had a loved one stay here a bit for rehab it was clean, staff was friendly and outgoing, care was adequate and place was lively. My loved one felt safe and taken care of!
Nice people. The staff on the Rehab unit are so kind. My aunt is enjoying her stay.
I visited Liberty Pointe to Notarize a document for a patient and was impressed with the administration staff and the secure check in process. Everything was clean and well organized.
We visited a good friend that’s rehabbing there. Very friendly staff.
We’re so grateful for the care our grandmother is getting here. The staff has been so kind and attentive. The facility is always clean and well kept, which means a lot to our family. It’s comforting to know she’s in a safe and caring place—thank you for everything you do.
Great place, great workers, amazing hospitality and atmosphere
