Great care and attention, clean facility.
Bad place to bring senior family member in need of help with therapeutic. I was on a video call with my grandfather and watched a nurse give my grandfather something, and not even 5 minutes later, my grandfather passed away. The worst part was we couldn't get an autopsy done because greenridge called every coroner to prevent my family from having an autopsy and gave us 48 hours to get grandfather. Staff are not friendly and be more on their phone when I go visit my gtandfather. If you care for your relative, you might want to reconsider this place. Thos place is a low-key legal senior…

Staff are not friendly and be more on their phone when I go visit my gtandfather. If you care for your relative, you might want to reconsider this place. Thos place is a low-key legal senior executioner. Grandfather health declined while here and had a few death scares. Horrible place for senior.. Staff from the hospital stated this place is the worst, they worked there and had to leave becausr how they clients are treated. It's just not right.

I have been working at Green Ridge Care Center for a few weeks now. The staff have been wonderful and accepting towards my role at facility. In my role, I have been able to observe staff interactions with residents and families. These interactions have been very positive, caring, friendly, and going above and beyond to assist with any needs/requests.
My mother has moved into Green Ridge Health Care Center. We were particularly interested in this facility because it's so near my home and we have known several people who have been residents there and they were always very happy there. The staff is good. They are very accommodating as far as her needs, which change from day to day. I don't have any negative to say about them. We go there daily and we are very pleased with it. She is in a semi-private room. She's on the window side, so that's nice. They do include, as part of the fees, the laundry service. I don't have anything negative to say. They have a regular monthly schedule with things like bingo and movies and so forth. We were pleased with the rehab setup. She goes to rehab and she goes to the dining hall. They have a chapel there. They have a very nice outside area at this time of the year. They're very helpful. We go over there every day and they update us on how she's doing. They have called a couple of times just with minor things when they change medications or anything, so the communication is very good. The food seemed fine to me. If it's something that she doesn't like, she can get the standard things like grilled cheese and hamburgers and so forth. If you don't like the menu, you can go to the options. The food that I tasted seemed fine. It's not a gourmet restaurant, but it seemed well-balanced. Everything is wonderful. It's fairly new. The one thing that we like is that there are a lot of lounges when we go for a visit. One lounge has a lot of puzzles and things like that, and they're nicely furnished. We can have a nice private visit whenever we go. The facilities are very nice. The security is good, as far as entering and leaving from one section to another and getting in the building and so forth. Value for money is very good.
I was treated with the outmost,compassionate, caring,loving ways. They brought me a long way. I really can't explain how wonderful the care I was given. I would recommend coming here for your Rehab,medical needs. I can't thank the staff here enough for their care I was given.THANK YOU AGAIN! Dr.Dodge Abdul the nursing staff & cnas. After a horrible stay at Allied, I moved my dad to Greenridge. What an amazing 🤩 difference!! Within a month, he was already mentally 100% better!! The nurses and aides are wonderful!! ❤️ Katie, Colleen, Alex , April 🙏 thank you for going above and beyond .
My grandmother resided here for almost 2 years before her passing in July of this year. The nursing staff was amazing and so helpful when she needed anything. The communication with any changes from the administration to family was great, keeping us up to date on anything and everything. This was such a good feeling especially during covid when we could not see her in person. I would definitely recommend for the care of a loved one.
