She was in clarks summit living for 3 days and had a fall at the facility was put in hospital for 12 days with broken tailbone. They released her on April 1st to fall again that night.A total of 32 days in hospitals/facilities do to this placeThey did not inform me and took her to the hospital of their choice not the hospital she was at that support her current Dr. Clarks summit failed to access my mom and had her moved to a nursing home while still charging me for meds and care she didn't get. Paid 4 months for 4 days of care. BEWARE…

Thinking this was the best thing for my mom was so wrong. She was in clarks summit living for 3 days and had a fall at the facility was put in hospital for 12 days with broken tailbone. NO REFUND NO CORPORATE NUMBER TO CALL. AWFUL!!!!!!
My dad has been there for nearly a year and he loves it. The staff is friendly and the facility is well taken care of.
Sue was very helpful with the application process. I felt she went above and beyond her job description to accommodate with this situation. My brother seems to be happy with the facility. Everyone is helpful and friendly. I visited him and was impressed with the people and the facility. He likes the freedom of using the transportation system that is set up for the residents.

I highly recommend Clarks Summit Senior Living to anyone in need of a senior facility. The staff is amazing and do care about doing a great job. Sue made sure everything we needed was taken care of by the staff. They have transportation for the residents and the activities available are incredible. If you or a loved one need this type of facility, this is the place you want to be. I actually can not express how wonderful this facility was and how well they took care of my loved one.
I would recommend it to others. The overall care was pretty good. The majority of the staff is super nice and helpful. The facility is kept pretty clean.
There are true gems here at Clarks Summit Senior Living who make my Dad’s life sparkle! Sue Chapin goes above and beyond! Her customer service is beyond exceptional! A rare diamond. Joan in nursing has saved my Dad’s life a few times with her astute abilities to pay attention to his health. Priceless! Rob in maintenance fixes everything my dad asks—with a smile on his face. Thank you to the outstanding few at CSSL who truly shine!
My mom has been there for more than a year. We were unsure of what to expect when i showed up unannounced and asked for a tour. It was the best stop i made. The people who work there truly care so much about the residents and their families. They are so kind, patient and understanding. The place is spotless and the rooms are spacious. The food is very good and there are plenty of activities and things to do for the people who live there. The care my mom has received is outstanding. We always feel welcome when we visit. The workers keep us posted on her care and its outstanding value for the money. Don't hesitate to put your loved on in their hands.
