Bellingham at West Chester

My parents have been at Bellingham for approximately 2 years and I am very pleased with the community and the kind service. From the first day that I spoke to Donna Rachlin (Director) I was impressed with her kindness and professionalism. The entire staff has been extremely friendly and supportive. However, what I like best about Bellingham are the residents. Everyone is so friendly. My parents are constantly making new friends which makes both them and myself very happy. We moved my sister-in-law to Bellingham 6 weeks ago shortly after her husband passed away. It was a difficult time but she is thriving and so glad she made the move now! She has made friends she dines with every night and goes to events with. The staff is so caring, friendly and responsive to her needs, and are quick to inform us of any concerns, or just to let us know how she is doing on any given day. Knowing she is in such good hands and so well looked after has given our family peace of mind. Thank you Bellingham!!

The building is clean, welcoming, and has a positive atmosphere that makes it feel like home. It is clear that the team always goes the extra mile to ensure residents are comfortable, engaged, and well cared for. Bellingham at West Chester is a beautiful senior living community. The recent renovations look great and have really elevated the feel of the property. The staff are also incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, which makes a big difference. Overall, it’s a wonderful community and I would highly recommend it.

In a couple of months I’ll be moving my mom to Bellingham. She hasn’t been very excited or agreeable about leaving her home and losing some of her independence, so finding a place that would be the right fit was challenging and stressful. Bellingham made the choice really easy. The environment, location, and vibe at Bellingham really fit my Mom’s needs and personality. But what really made the biggest impact was Bellingham’s Director, Donna. She had a way of really understanding where my mom was at in her journey and also where I was at, as a daughter trying to help an aging parent. She has such a calm, supportive, and understanding presence that just made me feel really at ease and comfortable that my Mom would be in great hands.
