Resident & family reviews

I have visited, and referred residents and their families to Arbor Terrace Willistown. The feedback is always about cleanliness, how large and spacious the apartments are in the community and how the staff interacted with the residents. I have worked with Sam and Jessica and they always go out of their way to make sure the transition into the community is smooth and as seamless as possible. It's easy to give them a 5 atar review!

Our mother is a resident and we can't be happier foe her. We are very impressed by the staff. Our biggest concern for our mom was her wanting to go home and that hasn't been an issue mainly because she has so much to do with the daily activities. She is thriving and making friends. I want to especially recognize Sam O. She is fantastic and a big reason for this successful transition for our mom. Our biggest concern for our mom was her wanting to go home and that hasn't been an issue mainly because she has so much to do with the daily activities. She is thriving and making friends. I want to especially recognize Sam O. She is fantastic and a big reason for this successful transition for our mom. Sam couldn't have made this easier for our family with her reassurances and availability to answer questions which were many. I also want to recognize Katie who is doing a great job coordinating and scheduling events. She is so pleseant and cheerful. My mom used to nap a lot at home and now her schedule is so full, she doesn’t have time for naps because there are so many interesting activities for my Mom to do. She is stimulated and happy. Thank you Katie!

The activities director and the team do an amazing job of engaging with the residents and really care about their community. Our firm volunteered to assist with their Alzheimer’s awareness event. The event was well organized and the community was fully engaged. Arbor is clean and welcoming.

My sister in law came to live in the Evergreen Community at Arbor Terrace in March 2026. I really cannot say enough positive things about our experience with AT since she moved in. My sil is adjusting well . She is eating well and joining in activities. And much more relaxed than when she was living at home. The staff is fabulous. They all know Mary . They readily share stories about her day. And they always have the time to talk to me and my husband . The communication between the staff and our family is totally above and beyond . Questions are quickly answered. When we need help, the staff is always available. From the day we moved Mary into Evergreen we have been very satisfied.

I play music for the Arbor. They are always very welcoming to me and my band the past blasters. The residents always receive us enthusiastically. Alison Comer and the entire staff are very supportive of us playing for their residents. They understand what we are trying to do there. Reach the residents through the power of music. They understand the importance of music as an avenue of connection and deeper experience for the residents.

Arbor Terrace Willistown is truly a stunning community and a wonderful place to call home. Located in a highly sought-after senior living area, this community stands out for its beautiful aesthetic, welcoming atmosphere, and exceptional level of care. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the warmth, professionalism, and sense of community that make Arbor Terrace Willistown so special. What really sets this community apart is the amazing staff. Every team member is attentive, compassionate, and genuinely invested in the well-being and happiness of the residents. The environment feels vibrant, engaging, and thoughtfully designed to support both comfort and independence. A special recognition goes to Sam O, Community Sales Director, who is absolutely outstanding. Sam provides exceptional guidance, experience, and care throughout the entire process. She takes the time to thoroughly educate families on everything Arbor Terrace Willistown has to offer, clearly explaining the value, amenities, and lifestyle opportunities available within the community. Most importantly, she does so with sincerity and professionalism — never pushy, always supportive and informative.

Jessica at Arbor Terrace is one of a kind. She is very compassionate, honest, kind and an all around asset to the community. You know from the first time meeting with her that she is genuine and always has the best interests for you and your loved ones. Arbor Terrace offers a beautiful and vibrant environment with quality care. All employees are welcoming, friendly, caring and patient people who I would trust caring for my loved ones. I strongly encourage anyone who is exploring a senior living option for themselves or for their loved one, to meet with Jessica and visit the Arbor Terrace community!

I can’t say enough positive things about Arbor Terrace of Williston. My brother has been there for over month now. The sales Director, Jessica, made us feel welcome from the first minute. She has been so helpful with every detail of the move and with getting him settled in. The cafeteria director, Chris, introduced himself the first time that I came in. He has such dedication and a positive attitude. My brother loves the food. That is a huge thing for him, since meals are the highlight of his day. The enrichment Director, Aly, has kept my brother engaged from day one. Today he enjoyed the walking program. And he is hoping to go to the zoo soon. The RN on his unit, Tish, helped me get a doctor’s appointment set for him. She also took down some notes about what over-the-counter meds he would like to have. The process was so easy. The nurses on the floor, Aisha and Candace, are always available. Mort says every time he walks out the door there is someone there that is kind and helpful. The other nurses are just as wonderful. The room is always clean and neat. The desk staff, including Toni and Jenny, always say hello and are willing to help. The director, Alexis, is running a wonderful home for people who need a little help. We enjoyed her welcome presentation today. We are all just so happy to have found Arbor Terrace.
