3.0 · 43 reviewsMy mom had fallen, broke her hip and had to go to Bella health. To be honest, I was afraid due to the old rumors. However, my mom enjoyed herself and the staff were all very nice and attentive. If you are concerned about the old rumors, don't be. This is a great place and I didn't worry about her being there at all. It was such a huge relief to know she was being taken care of and I could trust that.
dirty kitchen, staff rude in kitchen, poor management, don't send anyone to this facility.
My grandmother was there and she had excellent care. The staff immediately took care of any problem and were very attentive to any issues. I highly recommend this place. Friendly staff all together. Physical therapy was also great.

had to finish my antibiotics so i got sent to bella and they took really good care of me. i got bathed everyday. nurses were great. aides always came when i needed them. i also loved the physical therapy deparrment. compared to where i was a few years ago id give this place infinite stars. not to mention this place was kept clean.
We have attended the annual car show event again this year in Uniontown and had a wonderful time. We look forward to attending every year. All of the staff are very nice and it's great how they have the residents participate. The food is always great and plentiful.
Attended Annual Car Show benefitting the activities at Bella Healthcare. Delicious food, great music, summertime decor and wide selection of gift baskets for bidding your tickets. Met so many wonderful people both guests and workers highly recommend coming to see for yourself!
My Aunt got her phone stolen and nothing was done
My mom was a resident at Bella for several weeks after her hospital stay. The nursing staff were great. They were very kind and caring. They answered her call light promptly and were very attentive to her to her privacy. She received great therapy and I can’t say enough about how wonderful the therapy staff were with her. My mom’s room was kept clean and tidy and her meals were served promptly. I give this facility 5 stars!
