Physical Therapy at Beacon Ridge was top-notch. Jazmin and her team went above and beyond to help my mother get back on her feet. They were always thinking outside the box and finding new, creative ways to help her make progress. Their dedication, expertise, and compassionate care made a tremendous difference in her recovery. The nursing staff was also caring and attentive. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing therapy services in a care facility. Thank you, Jazmin and the entire team, for the outstanding care and support you provided.
What a horrible experience!! My gram was in here for therapy which was terrible, they barely did anything with her. The registered nurse Scott was very rude! When I spoke to him regarding my grandmother he asked me what my education level was so he knew what intellectual level he could have the conversation on. Very unprofessional! My grandmother had cellulitis in her leg that no one noticed. My gram is diabetic so they should be doing a skin assessment daily clearly not done. My grandmother needed help to get to the bathroom there were times she would sit well over an hour at 90 years old.…

My grandmother needed help to get to the bathroom there were times she would sit well over an hour at 90 years old. We all know a 90 year-old can't hold it for well over an hour so she ended up wetting herself which she never does by the way, so extremely embarrassing for her. The kitchen staff are all amazing but that's the only good thing I can say for this establishment!! I wouldn't recommend this place to a stray dog. If you love your family members, do not take them to Beacon Ridge!!!
They have a lot of activities and a Church service .They ask for opinions on the food. I feel they do a good job with my sister. Especially with the amount of staff.
I can't say enough good things about Beacon. The care, kindness, and professionalism is TRULY outstanding! These aren't just residents. They're treated and are a part of the Beacon family. My best advice to anyone considering Beacon is to embrace with an open heart and forget everything you ever thought you knew about nursing homes. I wish I had. Give them a chance, and I guarantee you'll be glad you did! Sincerely, thanks for everything!
We were very disappointed with this nursing home. The therapy was not up to par. My boyfriend went three days without any therapy, and that is what he was in Beacon Manor for. I felt some of the information that was given to us was not accurate. The only bright spot was the good care he received from the wonderful nurses and aides!
Your loved one will get excellent care here! Love this place for my family member.
This is a wonderful nursing home. They have a great staff and fabulous rehab team. I highly recommend
If you want your loved ones to sit in their own bowels all day and unattended to even though they're fall risk, beacon ridge is perfect
