We’ve noticed a lot of positive changes over the past several months. The facility seems well managed.
The staff provides excellent care with kindness and compassion. Everyone there is attentive, professional, and they truly make a positive difference to your stay. Highly recommend!

My mother lived here for 5 years between her hospital stays. She was taken care of with such warmth and care. The nurses constantly checked in on her and made sure she was always comfortable. T came round every day to see if she needed anything. I was able to have peace of mind that she was being taken care of and was happy.
Unfortunately the care here truly depends on the nurses on certian shifts. Visitors said nurses dropped people and some will ignore patients. the management is not that responsive. When I visited there are the patients yelling for care .Building may be nice but I wouldn't recommend placing a love one here unless you have the time to visit regularly
A few members of the staff are wonderful, but the facility is filthy, and the admin staff is questionable .
I am a resident at Wyndmoor Hills my stay here is a pleasant one.The staff on the 2nd floor is the BEST they will go above and beyond for you. Our activities staff is AMAZING. A SHOUT OUT to our SOCIAL WORKER LEAH,She will go above and beyond for the residents.Leah shows such DEDICATION to us.I will rate Wyndmoor Hills a 5.Our Administrator has open door policy his door is always open if you have a problem.
The room had such a rusty camode and to think a person had to sit there abd use their hands to maybe sit and rise from sitting What if they get cut fron the peeling rust???
