2.6 · 5 reviewsMy grandmother was there and she passed away and when we went to get her stuff, someone who works there stole her flat screen tv all her rings. That was including her 1st wedding band and her 1st husband wedding ring. They are Thieves! Don't take your love ones there!
Great staff . This is how a Nursing an skilled care is post to be .
My grandson's other grandma spent time there for rehab. Woodhaven is the dirtiest place ever. Caregivers are rude and do not pay attention to people. They should be reported to the Board of Health and closed down. You should not refer anyone there.
