Very friendly staff helped me find my way and my family member was getting therapy. I was able to still visit with them n therapist was doing a great job n interactedwith me also. I was so pleased with my visit.
The staff works very hard. But you can see they are hard pressed for help!! The air conditioning needs turned on #1..the floors need scrubbed..im sure cleaning is the last on their mind patient care 1st but the floors are sticky and filthy..
The staff was very nice and helpful. I was a bit put off by the nurse that walked me back to the room wearing a shirt with skulls all over it. Seemed very inappropriate and unprofessional
Multiple people noted not wearing gloves when caring for patients or carrying dirty items out into hallway. Half the staff standing at the nursing stations or on their phones while ringing bells went off everywhere.
Everyone was very friendly.
My mother is treated with respect. The staff works hard to keep her happy and allows her independence as she builds strength in physical therapies.
Families beware! Don't send your family members to this facility. Half the rooms have no heat, half have no hot water and very low water pressure Raw sewage backs up into rooms and dining areas! They fix problems the cheapest way they can. Dirtiest facility by far. Inadequate staffing to ensure proper care is given. Honestly not even a 1 star facility. It needs to be demolished and rebuilt at this point.
Everyone was nice
