Staff is friendly and cares for my aunt. The place is secure and clean
Visited a friend who is there for rehab….this is my 2nd visit and every time I’m there any staff that comes to check on her or work with her is very friendly and professional; from the therapists to the food handlers. A very positive experience indeed….thank you!
Did a surprise visit to my mom today. Her stay here has been over a year now. Very impressed with her condition and staff care, cleanliness of patient room and bathroom, and that the rooms here are allowed to be personalized with family photos and other items. Impressed with all the activities avail able and the ongoing physical therapy. It is not easy for any senior to have to be away from family/homeplace, but out of 6 other care homes I know about in the fayette county/ greene county area, this one is the best! Your staff and nurse team are TOPS!
All t staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Thank you for caring for my aunt.
My experience with We Care At Rolling Meadows has raised serious concerns regarding resident care, safety, and overall facility management. There have been reports of residents not receiving timely assistance with toileting and personal hygiene needs, with some residents allegedly being left soiled for extended periods despite repeated requests for help. Concerns have also been raised regarding residents being denied assistance with getting out of bed and participating in daily activities. Additional concerns include failures to promptly notify family members of significant incidents involving their loved ones, as well as questions regarding the facility’s response to situations that may require hospital evaluation or emergency medical attention. Resident safety, dignity, and quality of care should be the highest priorities in any long-term care facility. Based on these concerns, I strongly encourage families considering We Care At Rolling Meadows to thoroughly research the facility, review inspection reports, and carefully evaluate whether it meets the standards of care they expect for their loved ones. I would also like to add that many of the floor staff, including several nurses and CNAs, are truly outstanding and provide compassionate, high-quality care. They consistently go above and beyond for the residents and demonstrate genuine dedication to their well-being. Many of these caregivers put their hearts into their work and will do whatever they can to ensure residents are safe, comfortable, and cared for. While I have concerns about certain issues within the facility, I believe it is important to recognize and appreciate the staff members who work tirelessly and advocate for the residents every day.
I was visiting my friend that is a resident on A side at this facility. I witnessed some horrible disrespectful behavior from the CNAs and also the DON. They were all loud carrying on in the hallway it made it hard to have a conversation while visiting. Also witnessed the DON talking down to fellow workers like they were beneath her very unprofessional. It was lunch time when I was there. The portions weren't enough to satisfy a child let alone an adult. My friend also said her food is always cold and the portions are always small. She has also commented on how rude some of the staff are so she refrains from asking for too much. This is sad.
Great staff. Clean environment.
My friend Charlotte Gambone is showing the first sign of improvement since being hospitalized with pneumonia and Influenza A, she has COPD and became so weak from going back and forth to the hospital. Her personality is coming back and I was with her Son and his fiance for a visit in the courtyard with the warm Sunshine out. I had interactions with the Staff who were very kind and helpful and interacted with other patients and their families and we heard all good stories about the Facility as well. We are Praying that she gets her strength back from being so sick over the winter. I can see her depression lifting now and her attitude has become more positive. Thank-you to the Staff for making it a great visit.
