At least you can smoke there when I left. Dr. Neumann was great, the other one can go walk in traffic blindfolded.
We care, has amazing staff. They are so helpful and so good to the patients. They do a ton of stuff and keep everyone busy. They have an awesome game room music always playing and that keeps slit of the patients happy. They are very good to my dad.
The aids and therapists have been great for my aunt. Im so glad I picked wecare in Mt Lebanon!!!
T was so nice and approachable!
One star, because there's no option for zero. This place is undoubtedly the worst I've ever seen. Three days after my mother arrived, we had to take her out because the hygiene was horrendous. My mother couldn't use the bathroom, and they wanted her to soil herself. At night, a nurse came in and tried to steal from her, claiming it was on the doctor's orders. Never take a loved one to this place if you care about them.
DO NOT GO HERE!!. I made a mistake of paying with cash until my insurance was approved. Now they refuse to refund my money. I can not get ahold of them becasue they REFUSE to take my calls.
Neglected, some very bad apples..a nurse told another nurse about a very quiet personal conversation between me and my daughter. And treated me as if she were my doctor. Bullying, gossiping. Saying my medication was wrong. Then to top that off she called my psychiatrist I hadn't even seen yet with (I guess with her super human hearing) she shared what she thought when she was wearing her ear-horn. So yeah she really messed up. I may see how illegal this could be. Terrible. Don't go
They almost killed me. Extreme neglect for 2-3 months. Thank God my kids got me out of there. Please avoid your life depends on it!
