From admissions to nursing to social services, the staff has been kind and responsive to my Dad’s needs. The grounds are beautiful and everyone has made the transition as easy as possible. Our family made the right decision choosing Forest Hills.
It was our first time visiting our aunt at this facility. It was very clean. The person who opened the door for us was very pleasant. Our aunt said the food is really good and everyone treats her kindly. I was impressed with Forest Hills and would recommend it to those who ask.
Tara and the staff are so nice. I believe Glenn is happy there. Thank You to ALL the staff. Anytime I visit It is clean and neat. All the patients appear to be well taking care of. Clean and dressed nice. As far as the food. I can’t comment. Glenn seems to be ok for the most part with it. But of course each person there will have something good or bad to say about it. Cant possibly please everyone with everything. I think Forest Hills are doing a GREAT job.
I just walked in on a weekend and was greeted by a nurse. I told her I was interested in this nursing home for a family relative. She offered to give me a tour, just like that! The nursing home is beautiful and very well maintained, both inside and outside. It is massive, but when you go inside, that largeness seems to go away and it is very inviting with a noticeable lack of odors. The floors sparkled in the sunlight coming through huge windows that surround the building. The grounds are beautiful and I even saw six deer outside in their yard. The patients looked happy, clean and well taken care of. I have dropped into other nursing homes, not finding anything close to Forest Hills. It was lunchtime and the food looked and smelled wonderful and I saw the patients eating and enjoying. I will definitely bring my relative here and experience it for myself. Nice job whoever runs this place!
Where do I start? I visited today, without prior warning, and was thrilled at what I saw. The patients looked nice and well groomed. There was a total lack of smell. It was spacious and sparkly clean. As I walked, the resident rooms (many of them) looked nicely decorated and homey. I asked one of the people that lived here what she thought of this place. She was so positive about living here. It made me feel good that if my mother needs a nursing home, this would be the place for her. No other nursing home that I visited looked so bright and open. I can tell there is pride of ownership in both the way the place presents as well as the pleasant staff I saw along the way. They smiled and said hello in most cases.
I am visiting a friend at this nursing home and it is very impressing.... the staff are friendly, attentive, and treat my friend with kindness and respect. The facility is clean, safe, and feels welcoming. It’s clear that the residents wellbeing is a top priority here. I’m very grateful for the care my friend is getting and i would recommend this nursing home to others. Thank you
I recently toured this nursing home while looking for a place for my loved one, and I came away feeling encouraged by what I saw. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff greeted me warmly and made the check-in process smooth and easy. The admissions coordinator took time to walk me through everything without making me feel rushed, which I really appreciated. The facility itself was very clean and didn’t have the strong odor that you sometimes notice in other places. Hallways were wide and well-lit, and I saw staff regularly sanitizing surfaces. The resident rooms I viewed were bright, with large windows, accessible bathrooms, and enough space for personal items, which made them feel more like home. I was especially impressed by the activity schedule they had things like group exercise classes, bingo, music sessions, and even small social gatherings posted for the week. During my visit, I saw a group activity in progress, and residents seemed engaged and enjoying themselves. Overall, the tour gave me a sense that this is a caring and well-managed environment. I’m still exploring options, but this facility definitely left a strong, positive impression on me.
I love it here. I have been here a long time and they take very good care of me. I love the activities and food. My nurses are very good to me. It's so clean and bright.
